H-3 sometimes had some high ranking visitors, both military and civilian.  Among these visitors was an inspection by a Three Star USAF general who was assigned to the USAF Headquarters Office of the Inspector General.  We were busy cleaning, polishing, waxing and cleaning again for several days prior to his visit.  I wish I could locate a picture of this visitor.

Another distinguished visitor, whose picture we do have courtesy of MSgt. Barnette, is the wife and daughter of the Prime Minister of Iceland.
